What sort of help do you need?
- People who will talk to the public
  - If you are there in any capacity, this is expected.
- Demo games
- Display armies, figures, terrain from the various systems
How is it organised?
- Post goes out on Facebook with what we need
- Messenger group created for those that are helping or supplying stuff
Where is it?
- Te Pae - Christchurch Convention Centre
When is it?
- March/April, varies slightly each year
What time should I be there?
- Depends on what you are doing
- Earliest is 8:45am
What time do we finish?
- 5:10pm Saturday
- 5:10pm Sunday, unless helping with packup in which case 6pm
Where do I park?
- The Blue circle - Mainland Parking, Victoria Square
How do I get in?
- Wait in the red circle, by the rocks under the mirror.
- Announce your presence to the messenger group
- Someone will come down and get you
Where are we?
- When you go through the main entrance head straight up the escalators, we are at the top.
What if I want to pop out?
- Get a stamp from the guys on the exit doors
- Can't I have a pass?
  - No, we don't have enough passes for everyone to have them.
Reimbursements
- Providing you have receipts, the club will cover your parking and if you are on the stand for a full day, $20 towards food.
  - Email the club with your receipts and bank account number.
- Closest Good coffee is the cafe at Turanga, Black Circle.
