- What time should I be there?
- Depends on what you are doing
- Earliest is 9:15am
- There is a 9:45am Checkin each day, please ensure you are there for that.
- What time do we finish?
- 5:10pm Saturday
- 5:10pm Sunday, unless helping with packup in which case 6pm
- Where do I park?
- The Blue circle - Mainland Parking, 148 Gloucester Street
- How do I get in?
- Before 10am

- We are in the foyer by the lifts
- Can we be reimbursed for our costs?

- Ensure Bill or Frosty are aware of which days you attended in full.
- Post Event.
- Email the club email with your bank account number and which days your attended.
- Once confirmed we will give you $35 per day towards your costs.
